Simply unloop one nylon strap from the cam lock. Take off the metal mounting buckle, and loop the nylon strap around your shower curtain rod. Once you have the strap secured back in the cam lock, then mount the adhesive hook strip so it’s nearly leveling the caddy bowl just below your shower head.
It is recommended that you fill up the caddy bowl to the top with ice, as it can hold up to 4lbs of ice. If you are not a pro just yet, you can start with less ice and always add more to increase your resilience to longer lasting shower cold plunging.
